Overview
This DECKED truck bed organizer fits a Chevrolet Express Cargo Van with a wheelbase of 135" manufactured from 1996 to current. It takes a short bed DECKED system.
DECKED is designed for cargo vans NOT passenger vans. If you have a second row of seating or more and/or you have insulated walls in your van, DECKED has not been validated to fit with your configuration.

KEY DETAILS:- Built from 100% recycled HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) co-molded to a galvanized recycled steel subframe
- System payload rating: 2000 lbs evenly distributed on the deck
- Drawer payload rating: 200 lbs per drawer
- System weight: 200 lbs short bed systems, 220-230 lbs standard bed systems
- Two full bed-length drawers. Note: Drawers do not fully extend. Max drawer extension: 48” for reasons related to physics
- Drawers are weatherproof. System itself is impervious to moisture, extreme UV light exposure and severe temperatures
- Oversized cast aluminum handles for ease of operation with gloves
- The Chevy Express vans require very minimal drilling into van bed

Assembly requires basic hand tools and following our written instructions as well as step-by-step video tutorials:
Once DECKED is installed in the vehicle, removal or re-installation only requires about 15-20 minutes using basic hand tools. DECKED comes apart into four major pieces and can be stacked neatly until it’s time to reinstall.
RETURN POLICY:Returns to DECKED must be made within 30 days of receiving the shipment and are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to return shipping costs (LTL Freight can be expensive). DECKED accessories must be in the original packaging. DECKED system returns cannot be partially or fully assembled, and must be in the original packaging. Call DECKED customer service for additional questions regarding returns and for return authorization at 208-806-0251. Systems purchased from a DECKED reseller should be returned to, and are subject to, the return policy of that reseller.

SHIPPING POLICY:
Shipping of a DECKED system anywhere in the continental U.S.A. is FREE. Shipping will take 7-14 days.
Unlimited components now ship bundled within the DECKED system for a flat rate fee of $15. So make sure to order components with your system to save $! Ordered without a system, components are shipped UPS ground at standard rates.
Our systems are shipped via LTL freight; DECKED covers the freight for systems:
- RECOMMENDED: If delivery is to a business address, the freight company assumes normal business hours and delivery will happen between 8-5 pm Monday-Friday.
- If delivery is to a residential address, an appointment will be made by the freight company/driver directly with the consumer to arrange for delivery.
- DECKED will provide a truck with a lift gate to get the freight to street level, if needed.
Our freight expense DOES NOT cover, and you will be charged for:
- Redelivery fee for any missed appointments
- Driver bringing the freight indoors
- Limited access fees (gates, security, low hanging trees, etc.)
- Moving the freight from the delivery address to another location
Make sure to inspect freight for any damage, indicate superficial damage to carton on delivery receipt and/or refuse shipment altogether if damage to product is visible.

Verify that you have received the correct system for your vehicle BEFORE you open anything or begin your assembly. Please include UNASSEMBLED in the system return info as "unused" doesn't specify that nothing has be put together.
DECKED 30-DAY RETURN POLICY:
Buyer Beware (aka Caveat Emptor): Returns of DECKED systems and accessories must be made within 30 days of receiving the shipment. All product returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return freight expenses. If the product has been opened and is not in its original condition, returns will be subject to costs associated with any repackaging and missing part replacement costs. Products which have be un-cartoned and assembled in any manner will not be eligible for any return. DECKED components and other DECKED product returns must also be in the original packaging. If you have further questions, buyer's remorse, or just need someone to cheer you up, please call DECKED customer service at 208-806-0251.
Systems purchased from a DECKED reseller should be returned to, and are subject to the return policy of, that reseller.

DECKED 3 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY- LEGAL MUMBO JUMBO
DECKED LLC warrants to the original purchaser of this product that the product will be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials for a period of three (3) years from the date of the original purchase. If within three (3) years from the original date of purchase this product fails due to defect in materials or workmanship, DECKED LLC will replace any defective part at its option.
The original purchaser must contact the DECKED LLC customer service team and provide a description of the defective part, including digital pictures if requested, with the original purchase documentation as validation of warranty coverage or have previously activated their warranty online.
This warranty DOES NOT cover or apply to:
- Damage to the product due to misuse, mishandling and abuse
- Products not used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions or recommendations
- Product not assembled or installed according to manufacturer’s instructions
- Normal wear and tear
- Undeclared damage to the system during shipping, acts of God. In addition, consequential damage and incidental damages (including lost time) such as damage to persons or property are not covered under this warranty
