Shipping Policy
Shipping takes on average 2-10 business days depending on delivery location and is FREE.
Cancellation Policy: Please contact us at service@decked.com or 208-913-1831 within the same business day that your order is placed to request to update or cancel your order. Please have your order number and email address on-hand. DECKED cannot guarantee that your shipment can be cancelled.
We ship from Defiance, Ohio so depending on how close you are to Ohio, timing may vary. Please note that products may ship earlier than expected, so please keep an eye on your emails as we will ship as soon as your product is built. Most of our products ship via LTL freight. LTL freight tracing isn't great so we do not have tracking for most orders. If we have tracking, we will send it to you once your product ships.
If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, we are unable to ship to you at this time, so check out our Dealer Locator here to find products near you.
DECKED does not recommend using freight forwarding services if you live outside of the contiguous US where we do not service. If you set up a freight forwarder to deliver your online order DECKED will not be responsible for delays, or lost shipments since the transfer of goods is outside DECKED's shipping and logistics.
Your order will ship via a large truck from a contracted freight carrier that specializes in shipping large parcels. Our Drawer Systems, Tool Boxes, and CargoGlides are shipped via LTL freight; DECKED covers the freight for Drawer Systems, Tool Boxes, and CargoGlides.
- RECOMMENDED: If delivery is to a business address, the freight company assumes normal business hours and delivery will happen between 8-5 pm Monday-Friday.
- DECKED will provide a truck with a lift gate to get the freight to street level, if needed.
Our freight expense DOES NOT cover, and you will be charged for:
- Driver bringing the freight indoors
- Limited access fees (gates, security, low hanging trees, etc.)
- Moving the freight from the delivery address to another location
Make sure to inspect freight for any damage, indicate superficial damage to carton on delivery receipt and/or refuse shipment altogether if damage to product is visible.

All DECKED Drawer Systems, Tool Boxes, CargoGlides, and Accessories ship FREE anywhere in the contiguous U.S and Canada.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME
- Shipments typically leave our warehouse 12-72 hours from time of purchase. Processing timeframes may vary during periods of high order volume.
- Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 2-10 business days depending on delivery location.
- We ship from Defiance (OH), depending on your proximity to this location delivery timeframe may vary.
- If tracking information is available for your shipment, we will send it to you via email once your product ships.
CANCELLATION POLICY

FREIGHT VS PARCEL SHIPPING
Freight:
- Drawer Systems, CargoGlides, and Toolboxes all ship via LTL Freight shipments/carriers due to the size and weight of these items.
- DECKED will provide a truck with a lift gate to get the freight to street level, if needed.
- LTL Shipments will arrive via a large truck from a contracted freight carrier that specializes in shipping large parcels. DECKED covers the freight for Drawer Systems, Tool Boxes, and CargoGlides.
- DECKED does not recommend using freight forwarding services if you live outside of the contiguous US where we do not service. - If your LTL Delivery is to a business address, freight companies will deliver during normal business hours: 8AM-5PM, Monday through Friday, local time.
- DECKED freight shipments DO NOT cover the cost of the following. If required, you will be charged for:
- Driver bringing freight indoors
- Limited access fees (due to gates, security, low hanging trees, etc)
- Moving freight from a delivery address to another location
- Freight shipments should always be inspected prior to receival. If your shipment appears to be damaged, you have the right to refuse shipment, or indicate damage on the delivery receipt provided to you.
- In all cases, DECKED will rectify the damage to the shipment caused by the carrier when proof of original purchase and photo documentation of damage can be provided.
Parcel:
- Accessories (D-Co Boxes, Tie Downs, parts, etc.) will ship via FedEx Ground unless otherwise noted.
ORDER SHIPPING AND TRACKING DETAILS
- An order confirmation email is sent within 1 hour of order placement to the email address provided when your order is placed.
- We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed on Fridays will ship the following week.
- Note that FedEx and LTL Freight Carriers do not guarantee transit or delivery over the weekend.
- Expedited Shipping Options are not available for parcel or LTL Freight Shipments.
- LTL Freight shipments are not available to all locations. If you attempt to place an order and cannot ship to your address, this item/order will be ineligible to be ordered through our website to your location.
- Tracking information is not always available for LTL Shipments, and is not always provided to you via automated shipment confirmation.
BACKORDER POLICY
- If an item cannot be added to your cart when shopping our site, it cannot be backordered.
- If you order an item that is out of stock, you will have the option to cancel this portion of your shipment and receive a refund–or wait for the item to come back into stock if the item will be produced and available for shipment at a later date.
- At this time, we are unable to process partial shipment fulfillments, and thus a backordered item may cause the entirety of a shipment to be delayed.
- To be notified when an out of stock item has again become available for purchase, sign up for our “Notify me When Available” email notifications on our product description page.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
- Orders shipped outside of the US may have custom fees assessed by the government of the destination country.
- DECKED’s Free Shipping do not necessarily include custom fees, duties, or import taxes.
- We are prohibited by law from declaring ordered merchandise as a “Gift” on all commercial invoices and custom forms.
- Note that international orders can be delayed in customs. Please refer to your tracking number for delivery status.

For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies— please contact the dealer directly for more information. All returns must be related to a DECKED.com order. We do not offer returns on items purchased outside of DECKED.com.
The Ins and Outs of The DECKED Return Policy:
- Returns for any DECKED product purchased from DECKED.com must be made within 30 days of receiving the shipment for the return to be received and validated.
- It must include a DECKED specific RMA number. Every return must include the DECKED RMA number to ensure the refund is processed.
- Directions for DECKED Drawer System, DECKED Tool Box, and DECKED CargoGlide returns:
- These products have a $350 return charge that will be deducted from the refund once the product is received.
- In order to return a Drawer System, Tool Box or CargoGlide, the item must be packaged and attached to a wooden pallet. DECKED does not cover the pallet and the packaging for return freight shipment. You can reuse your original packaging as long as it's secured.
- DECKED covers the freight cost and will supply a return shipping label and RMA number. More detailed directions for shipping will be included in email received after filling out our return form.

- There is no return processing fee for these products.
