"I like having those extra tie downs and think that they should come with the drawer system anyway instead of having to pay another $50 for them. I was contemplating getting the sliding shelf but decided against it after seeing it was made of plywood. This day and age a honeycomb core material is called for in construction of high quality and expensive items. Plywood is from the 1940s."
"Get all 8 of them! These d-ring tie downs are a must have if you hall anything on top of your decked drawers. At first I was afraid to put tight tension on these tie downs. I have hauled everything from structural steel pieces to front load lift cylinders and plenty of other common load items and these d-rings held their own with however much tension I could put on the strap. I recommend getting all 8 since you never know how you will need to tie down a load."
"This just isn't a company you order storage fir your vehicle from. They are like your next door neighbor you say good morning to every morning. This is why I say that. I ordered the Decked tool box for my 2019 F150 a few years ago. Before purchasing a REAL truck box I went through several aluminum boxes. I was so impressed with the box I ordered the drawers about a year later. The release button on the toolbox on the right side stopped working so I emailed Decked warranty department and they went above and beyond for me. I couldn't find the original order receipt for the tool box but I sent them the receipt for the drawers, so they offered a new release mechanism and a 15% discount towards a new box. As a small business contractor, I let them know I couldn't afford a new box right now because I just got married and we're were planning a honeymoon but as soon as I could afford the new bix I was definitely going to purchase it. This is where the "beyond" comes in. The sent me a BRAND NEW TOOL BOX at no cost to me as a wedding gift. Seriously, they didn't even hesitate! The new box was here 4 days later. The box fits perfectly with the drawers in my 2019 F150. They upgraded the new box too. Easier to open and close, more room for goodies and the lock keeps everything safe. I can't say enough good things about this company and their products! I'll never even consider a different storage system for my vehicles."
"I liked the video. The context with the guys sense of humor was fun. Now when combing the video with the very detailed instruction sheets, made putting the whole system together very straight forward. I'm 73 yrs old and my truck has a bed cap on it and I was still able to install the system in about 4-ish hours. You guys make a great product. I'm sending some pics of the mods I made to be able to transport some Winchester firearms to an annual show in Wyoming (main reason for purchase)."
"Seems sturdy and secure. Doesn’t rattle around. Should just come with decked system… not be “another” add on… you charge a premium price… just give us all of the bells and whistles instead of add this, add that, add something else… I hate feeling nickel and dimed."
