Casey Brown

New Zealand-born and British Columbia-raised Casey Brown has been referred to as the "Godmother of freeride mountain biking." We could just leave it there and let her jaw-dropping clips do the talking, but massive lines and effortless style are only the beginning of what makes this two-time Queen of Crankworx the real deal. From digging and testing her own line for a podium finish at the first women's Red Bull Rampage to founding Dark Horse, her all-women freeride event, Casey puts as much energy into dropping hammers as she does progressing and advocating for women's freeride.
