Brad Leone is an inventive American chef, YouTube personality and New York Times best-selling author. He is best known for his incredibly popular Bon Appetit video series 'It's Alive', and his own self-named YouTube channel showcasing his shows 'Makin' It!' and 'Local Legends'. Along with his work in the kitchen, Brad is a passionate hunter and fisherman who, of course, develops uncommon ways to cook and serve the game he harvests. Brad makes his home and studio on a farm in coastal Connecticut.
