The DECKED Tool Box is constructed using high impact, injection molded polymer resin (basically, the same stuff as football helmets) with anti-corrosion treated steel and aluminum hardware reinforcement. A steel-armored locking system and steel reinforced lid make it a Fort Knox for the back of your truck.
No one likes wet, rusty tools, so we made sure it was waterproof. Because it's molded not welded, you get a seamless lid and tub as well as overbuilt, moisture repelling, watertight architecture which seals tightly when closed with an EPDM gasket.
Forget crawling in and out of your truck bed to reach tools and gear! This clever, 6063 T6 aluminum step ladder easily drops out to find the ground, allowing you to step up and actually reach your tools and gear. The ladder takes up minimal space, efficiently folding closed inside the box.

This DECKED Tool Box fits a RAM 1500/2500/2500 pickup truck with a short, standard or 8' bed manufactured from 2001 to current. This sku DOES include the telescoping ladder.
NOTE: If you have a RAM pickup truck older than 2001, the DECKED Tool Box will most likely be compatible if your bed width is between 61.375" and 70.5" inside bedrail to inside bedrail.
All DECKED Tool Boxes come standard with a DECKED Blue D-Box included at no extra charge. Additional accessories ship for a flat $25 rate, so order up on additional accessories with your tool box order! The Tool Box with the integrated ladder fits only one D-Box. The DECKED Drawer System is NOT COMPATIBLE with the DECKED Tool Box for any short 5'6" or standard 6'6" bed length trucks.
...But it is compatible with select 8 foot Drawer Systems. This combination provides an excellent solution to the 19"-20" of remaining space cabside that exists with 8 foot Drawer System integrations.
