If you purchased directly from DECKED, start your return below. If your purchase was through a dealer or upfitter, return requests must be processed through them—dealers can submit here via the Dealer Returns Form.
Drawers, CargoGlide or Tool Box
DECKED DRAWER SYSTEM, TOOL BOX, AND CARGOGLIDE RETURN POLICY:
- You are required to be present on the pick-up date of your return.
- Returns of a DECKED Drawer Systems, Tool Boxes, and CargoGlide must be made within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
- These products have a $350 return charge that will be deducted from the refund once the product is received.
- Items must be packaged and attached to a wooden pallet. DECKED does not cover the pallet and the packaging for return freight shipment. You can reuse your original packaging as long as it's secured.
- DECKED covers the freight cost and will supply a return shipping label and RMA number. Detailed directions for shipping will be included in followup email after filling out form below.
- If you did not purchase from DECKED directly (or DECKED Amazon store), you will need to contact the dealer or website you purchased from to arrange for a return with them. We are not able, under any circumstances, to return a product that wasn’t purchased directly from DECKED.com or DECKED Amazon store.

Cases, Bins or Accessories
DECKED ACCESSORY RETURN POLICY:
- There is no return processing fee for these products.
- Returns must have an RMA number written on the packaging or shipping label. Not writing an RMA on the outside of a box will cause refund delays since our warehouse will not be able to identify the order.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping. Return shipping address: DECKED Returns
