Returns
Verify that you have received the correct system for your vehicle BEFORE you open anything or begin your assembly. Please include UNASSEMBLED in the system return info as "unused" doesn't specify that nothing has been put together.
DECKED 30-DAY RETURN POLICY:
Buyer Beware (aka Caveat Emptor): Returns of DECKED systems and accessories must be made within 30 days of receiving the shipment. All product returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return freight expenses. If the product, including the hardware kit, has been opened and is not in its original condition, returns will be subject to costs associated with any repackaging and missing part replacement costs. Products which have be un-cartoned and assembled in any manner will not be eligible for any return. DECKED accessories and other DECKED product returns must also be in the original packaging. If you have further questions, buyer's remorse, or just need someone to cheer you up, please call DECKED customer service at 208-806-0251.
Systems purchased from a DECKED reseller should be returned to, and are subject to the return policy of, that reseller.
