If you like off-roading, overland, truck builds, little trucks, big trucks, or litterally anything in between, it doesn't matter because everyone will like something about this GMC Denali build by our friends over at No Limit Offroad Baltimore. This beautiful beast was a build that they completed for Brandon Williams, defensive tackle for the Ravens, and we cannot get enough of it.
While we could never cover all of the mods on this truck in one post we wanted to call out a few highlights that integrate with our DECKED Drawer System to make the ultimate off-roading vehicle.
The Truck
The foundation of this build is a GMC 2500 Denali. While some might think that comes stock with good suspension and handles well off road, No Limit too it to a whole new level. Starting from the ground up they added 20" XD Wheels, 43" military tires from Continental Tire, front coilovers from BDS Suspensions, and air suspension from Kelder Man Trucks.
Note: Not all trucks need to upgrade their suspension when adding a DECKED system to your bed. DECKED Drawers weigh in right around 200 pounds but if you plan to consistently use the 2000 pound payload on top of the DECKED platform the we suggest looking to upgrade your suspension for a smoother ride. Next they turned the truck bed into a mobile camping solution by adding our DECKED Drawers. To keep the elements out they threw on a ARE Accessories bed cap and integrated the TopperEZ Lift to gain extra head hight. Here is where things get interesting (and slightly over our pay grade) when it comes to modifications.
Adding the EZ Lift Topper to fit with your DECKED system is a custom job and will void our warranty as you will need to cut and customize the DECKED system to allow for the 4 vertical pistons to attach to the bed. Find more info on this installation here.
