contact usThe DECKED Tool Box fits nearly every full-size truck built from 2001 to today. It does not fit Rambox, service bodies, the GMC CarbonPro bed, Chevy Silverado EV, Ford F-150 Heritage Edition, or Nissan Titan.
For older trucks, fitment is possible if the inside distance between your bed rails measures 61.375"–70.5" (measured from the left inside bed rail to the right inside bed rail).
The DECKED Tool Box is built from compression-molded SMC (glass-fiber reinforced composite) for steel-like strength with better thermal stability—no dents, no corrosion, and 100% weather-proof. The only metal used is in the gas struts. We skipped steel on purpose: SMC is lighter, stronger, and fully element-proof, making this the last tool box you’ll ever need.
The DECKED Tool Box is fully weatherproof, keeping your gear protected from rain, snow, car washes, and extreme moisture. Integrated lid gaskets create a tight seal against water and dirt, while UV inhibitors prevent sun damage and fading. Molded drainage channels channel water away from the hinges to keep everything dry and secure.

Any gooseneck or fifth-wheel setup must allow at least 24" of depth and 6" of height to accommodate the DECKED Tool Box. The Tool Box sits 6" above the bed rails and occupies 24" of space from the cab-side bed wall to the front edge of the box, which includes a 2" gap for backup camera clearance.
Important: If your trailer swings wide during turns, be sure to allow additional clearance to prevent contact with the Tool Box during tight maneuvers.

I bought a toolbox around 4 years ago (1st gen) and developed several cracks in it. I called just to see if epoxy might fix it and no sooner than i asked, they had a (2nd gen) replacement on the way! "Let me start by saying this tool box really feels bulletproof. I have ZERO worries that this beast can be damaged or broken into. That being said, it’s EXTREMELY heavy. It should be a requirement and mentioned in promo videos you will need two people to install. I attempted to install myself, i’m a 6”2 260lbs man who works out regularly, and I completely destroyed the rubber mat that goes between the truck and toolbox while attempting to install and hold the box. Only other complaint is box does scratch pretty easily. I’m in SoFl so interested to see how the coating holds up or if it will fade over time."
"Older box springs were failing. Got this new one. . . Love it. Very well made. Holds a lot of stuff. I'm going to miss the side handles though. Easy install, easy to refill. I don't have any new storage. It holds one less black/yellow tote compared to the 1st gen, but easy enough to get around that as total storage seems like there is more. Maybe it's just a more efficient layout. All in all, between the amazing customer service and the very well made box, this is definitely my favorite tool box."
"Top marks for quality, functionality, and fit. Docked for installation and mechanics. Like all Decked products, this thing is built like a tank, and functions extremely well. The soft open hinges, dual side opener, included D-rings, and the weather proofing are all outstanding. The only two things I don't like is the closing force required and I had an issue with the install. My guess is, because this thing is so weather proof it causes a bit force when closing because of the air getting trapped inside. So I guess it's good and bad. The install problem was with the length of screws supplied for my 2024 Toyota Tundra. It required a trip to the hardware store, but was easily fixable. I have reported the issue to Decked and hopefully they will make the necessary adjustment."
"Easy to install, spacious interiors, low profile, good look, well made. Only issue hard to open basically have to palm punch the lock to release lid. That gets annoying. Might be my box only. I was hoping I’ll loosen up after a while but not the case. I will recommend this box. Looks great when you are trying to keep your truck simple and slick looking."
