General Fitment

CARGOGLIDE 600 FOR DRAWER SYSTEM PAYLOAD:

Due to the overall capacity of your Midsize Drawer System deck, there will be some cases where your CargoGlide 600 will have a payload less than 600 lbs. The new payload is calculated based on your Drawer System payload capacity by area (square foot), the weight of your CargoGlide, and the CargoGlide payload capacity by area.
One CargoGlide 600 mounted to a Drawer System will have a payload capacity of 500 lbs, two CargoGlide 600s mounted side by side have a payload capacity of 500 lbs shared across both systems.

What are my installation options?

Both full-size and midsize truck Drawer Systems can accommodate one full-bed-width, 1,000 lb payload, 75% extension CargoGlide of the correct size. Use the Vehicle Picker above to select the correct CargoGlide model.

Additionally, both full-size and midsize truck Drawer Systems can accommodate one half-bed-width CargoGlide mounted left, right, or center; or two half-bed-width CargoGlides side by side. The universal Bracket Kit must be used for any installation of a new CargoGlide onto a Drawer System.

How do I know if the new CargoGlide will work with my Drawer System?

If your Drawer System has D-ring tie-down mounting locations, you’re good to go.

CargoGlide is not compatible with Legacy Drawer Systems or new Drawer Systems for RamBox, service body, and cargo vans. If you already have a Drawer System, or are trying build your setup, the safe bet is to reach out to Customer Support.

If I install CargoGlide on my Drawer System, will I still have access to my Drawer System's Stash Bins?

Yes, but with one exception.

If you have a Drawer System for a midsize truck (that’s the one with the single drawer) and mount two half-bed-width CargoGlides on top, you will not have access to your stash bins due to the overall width of the two CargoGlides extending onto the Stash Bin lids.

How many holes do I have to drill to install CargoGlide in my truck bed?

When installing a compatible CargoGlide to our Drawer System, not a single one. The universal Bracket Kit bolts directly into existing tie-down mounting locations. If you’re looking to install directly to your truck bed, head over to our general CargoGlide page for more information on installation.

Note: If your CargoGlide isn't gliding like butter, loosen up the tailgate roller axle & nut. All you need is a 9/16" socket and 1/4" allen key and a quarter to half turn to free your CargoGlide to roll normally.

Do you really offer a lifetime warranty?

You bet. It’s called the No BS Warranty. Everything we make is built for hard use over the long haul, and we’ll be there for the journey. If you find an issue with your DECKED product, get in touch and we’ll handle it.

But then, if a tree falls on your truck, and no one’s around to hear it, is it covered by warranty? Probably not. But if Mother Nature, a collision, or some other mishap damages or destroys your DECKED gear, reach out anyway. We’ll do what we can within reason to get you rolling again.

Is CargoGlide compatible with cargo vans?

No, CargoGlide cannot be mounted on cargo van Drawer Systems. To learn more about mounting CargoGlide directly to the cargo area in cargo vans see our CargoGlide page for compatibility.

"I'm giving 5 stars because this is a great product. It has made my work/play so much easier and minimized climbing in/out of the bed of my truck to load/unload tools and gear. The freight delivery company however sucked. They delivered the CargoGlide with no heads up phone call nor notification. I got home one day to a box truck delivery guy unloading my new CargoGlide in my driveway. I asked if he would help me load into my truck or slide off his lift gate into my truck bed and he refused. He said it was too heavy for him and his boss to pickup by hand. I ended up muscling it into the bed of my own truck to store it until I could have it professionally installed 10 days later. The original pallet was broken and the alternate pallet was to small. Besides that the box did a decent job of protecting it from any damage. Would have loved to get the drawers but you dont make them for 1st Gen Tundras."

"Upgraded my truck from the 1st. It lasted 10 years, but you fixed the issues in this new one. Added the slideout as well. Only issue I have is with the plastic locks. Those won’t last."

The whole system is pretty

"The whole system is pretty great. The organization and ease of access are phenomenal. It holds a lot and is very waterproof (already taken it through the car wash). The only complaint is the tie downs on the deck and the cargo glide. Ive ripped out tie downs bolted to my aluminum flatbed just trying to secure steel and so I don't rely on these for much because they are essentially secured in plastic. The ones on the cargo glide would be better I think if you rotated them 90 degrees and they faced up instead of in or out. Otherwise, a great system so far."

"Overall it is a well built slide. From unpacking it was a relatively easy assembly. Alignments were good and tracking was a bit of an issue. Pulling the handle did not disengage slide until I looked in troubleshooting. So far this is my only gripe. You have to push tray forward while squeezing handle. It takes some doing. Good communication and a fast delivery."

Slippery surface

"The cargo glide deck surface is extremely slippery. To the point where if you go around the corner in the truck, everything will slide off the cargo glide unless it’s strapped down. . even the smallest corner or bump everything spills off everywhere. I’m not sure why they decided to make the Matt slippery. It’s a major flaw . ."
