DECKED Gift Card Terms and Conditions (Last Updated: 6/11/2026)

Gift cards issued by DECKED, LLC ("DECKED," "we," "us," or "our"), are subject to these Gift Card Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). These Terms apply to all DECKED digital gift cards (each, a "Gift Card") that are purchased, received, redeemed, or otherwise used within eligible jurisdictions of the United States. By purchasing, accepting, redeeming, or using a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the DECKED.COM Terms & Conditions (https://decked.com/pages/terms-conditions). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and the DECKED.COM Terms & Conditions, the DECKED.COM Terms & Conditions shall control to the extent of the conflict or inconsistency, including with respect to arbitration, class action waiver, governing law, and venue provisions. You acknowledge that DECKED may process your personal information in connection with your Use of Gift Cards in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://decked.com/pages/privacy-policy-2023).

For promotional gift cards and promotional offers, the terms stated in the applicable promotional materials will apply (including any expiration dates or additional restrictions) instead of these Terms.

Using Your Gift Card

Gift Cards are redeemable only for the purchase of eligible goods and services in the 48 contiguous U.S. states and the District of Columbia at DECKED.com (and may not be used to purchase Gift Cards). Eligible goods, services, geographic limitations, and redemption locations may be modified, added, or discontinued at our discretion. If the total amount of your purchase exceeds the available Gift Card balance, you must pay the remaining amount using another accepted payment method. Any unused balance remaining after a transaction will stay associated with the Gift Card and may be used for future eligible purchases.

To use a Gift Card, enter the Gift Card code in the “Discount Code or Gift Card” field during checkout and click “Apply.” The value of the Gift Card will be applied to your order total.

Restrictions and Limitations

Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-reloadable, and may not be redeemed for cash except as required by law. Gift Cards may not be returned, refunded, resold, exchanged, or transferred for value without our prior written consent. Except as otherwise determined by DECKED in its sole discretion, if your Gift Card is lost, stolen, damaged, or used without your permission, it will not be replaced. Gift Cards may not be used in connection with unauthorized advertising, marketing, promotional, sweepstakes, loyalty, rewards, resale, or other commercial activities. We may establish limits on the value of individual Gift Cards and on aggregate Gift Card purchase amounts.

Expiration and Fees

Unless otherwise disclosed at the time of issuance or required by applicable law, Gift Cards do not expire and are not subject to maintenance, dormancy, service, or other fees.

Checking Your Gift Card Balance

To inquire about your Gift Card balance, contact service@decked.com or 208-806-0251.

Returns

Subject to the DECKED return policy available at https://decked.com/pages/shipping#return-policy, all returns for purchases made with a Gift Card will be refunded by crediting the original Gift Card. Such refund credits are not considered a reload of the Gift Card. If multiple payment methods were used for the purchase, the portion paid for with a Gift Card will be refunded accordingly.

Fraud, Misuse, and Violations of These Terms

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, cancel, or void Gift Cards that are suspected or believed to have been obtained fraudulently or used in violation of these Terms, and to pursue any other legal rights or remedies that may be available.

Risk of Loss

Title to and risk of loss for Gift Cards pass to the recipient upon delivery. Except as required by law, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, unauthorized, or improperly used Gift Cards, and we are not liable for the acts or omissions of third parties relating to Gift Cards.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Gift Cards are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and DECKED disclaims all warranties relating to the Gift Cards to the fullest extent permitted by law, including as set forth in the DECKED.COM Terms & Conditions. The limitations of liability set forth in the DECKED.COM Terms & Conditions apply to Gift Cards and are incorporated herein by reference.

Governing Law and Disputes

Any dispute arising out of or relating to a Gift Card is subject to the dispute resolution provisions, including the arbitration agreement and class action waiver, contained in the DECKED.COM Terms & Conditions (available at https://decked.com/pages/terms-conditions), which are incorporated herein by reference. To the extent a dispute is not subject to arbitration or otherwise may properly be brought in court, the parties agree that such proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Blaine County, Idaho, and each party consents to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms and Severability

DECKED may modify or update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will become effective upon posting of the updated Terms or as otherwise communicated by DECKED. If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
