How long will it take for my order to ship?
Normal shipping windows per product line:
- Drawer Systems: 2–6 weeks
- CargoGlide: 2–6 weeks
- Tool Box: 2–6 weeks
- Accessories: 2–6 weeks.
Which warehouse will my order ship from?
Preferred warehouse is assumed by availability, cost of shipment and product line unless otherwise specified by account. If a warehouse is preferred, please contact your regional sales rep to update.
Who covers freight costs on dealer orders?
All wholesale accounts assume the cost of freight, unless third party shipping information is provided prior to order placement. All third party shipments are shipped FOB, thus DECKED would not be liable for freight damage.
When will tracking be available for my shipment?
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to populate.
What is the DECKED Dealer Return Policy?
Dealer Return Policy for CargoGlide, Drawer System and Tool Box returns:
- DECKED has a 30 day return policy from the date the freight was delivered.
- There is a 15% re-stocking fee per returned unit.
- Dealers are responsible for the return freight. If DECKED arranges the freight for the account, it will be deducted from the credit memo.
- Decked RMA #'s must be present on the paperwork and the returning carton(s).
- Damaged freight should be refused at the time of delivery and marked as such on the carrier's paperwork.
- Any freight returned after the 30 day delivery window will incur additional charges. Please contact your DECKED RSM with photos of the freight, original invoice or PO # and explanation for the return. An RMA # will not be produced without this information.
- DECKED will not credit any returns for freight damage for accounts that arrange their own freight.
Return policy for accessories:
- Dealers need to obtain an RMA # from DECKED and return the accessory at their own cost.
- Any returns received without an RMA # on the paperwork or box will not be credited.

What is the DECKED Warranty Policy?
What is covered:
DECKED LLC, (the “Manufacturer”) warrants the original purchaser only that DECKED Truck and Van Products including the Drawer System, Tool Box, CargoGlide, and Accessories (The “DECKED” Product) will be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase and continuing for the expected lifetime of the DECKED Product. Valid on products purchased on or after 8/1/2021.
What is not covered:
This limited warranty expressly excludes:
- Damage or defects caused by normal wear and tear, cosmetic rust, scratches, accidents, unlawful vehicle operation, installation in a non-supported vehicle or installed in a vehicle which does not match the DECKED Product’s SKU-intended fitment or use, or modification of the product, or any types of repair of a DECKED Product other than those authorized or provided by the Manufacturer.
- Damage or defects resulting from conditions beyond the Manufacturer’s control and specifications including, but not limited to modification, misuse, overloading, or failure to assemble, install or use the DECKED Product in accordance with the Manufacturer’s written instructions or guidelines included with the DECKED Product or separately made available to the original purchaser.
- Damage to the contents of the DECKED Product or vehicle.
- TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ECONOMIC LOSS, WHETHER RESULTING FROM NONPERFORMANCE, USE, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE THE DECKED PRODUCT OR THE MANUFACTURER’S NEGLIGENCE.
What we will do to correct problems:
Subject to the limitations and exclusions described in this limited warranty, the Manufacturer will remedy defects in workmanship or materials by providing one of the following remedies at its option and without charge to the original purchaser for parts: (a) repairing the defective portion of the DECKED Product or (b) replacing the entire DECKED Product. In addition, the Manufacturer may elect at its option not to repair or replace the DECKED Product, but rather issue to the original purchaser a refund equal to the purchase price paid for the DECKED Product or a credit to be used towards the purchase of a new DECKED Product.
Notification procedures:
If the DECKED Product does not conform with the terms of this limited warranty, the original purchaser must promptly notify the Manufacturer in writing upon discovery of the nonconformity. In order to receive remedies under this limited warranty, a warranty claim must have been registered with DECKED LLC by the original purchaser, must describe the nature of the products nonconformity, include a copy of the original sales receipt, invoice, or other proof of purchase and be accompanied with photos or video. Repairs or modifications made to the DECKED Product by other than the Manufacturer or its authorized agent will nullify this limited warranty. Coverage under this limited warranty is conditioned at all times upon the owner’s compliance with these required registration, notification, and repair procedures.
What is the DECKED Unilateral Pricing Policy (UPP)?
DECKED maintains a Unilateral Pricing Policy (UPP) that sets minimum advertised and selling prices for authorized dealers. The policy helps protect the DECKED brand, supports fair competition among dealers, and ensures a consistent customer experience.
The policy also outlines rules for promotions, bundled offers, promotional break windows, branded search advertising, and compliance expectations.
Which DECKED systems are compatible with one another?
If you are looking to combo a DECKED Drawer System and a Tool Box you cannot always do this. You can only combine these two products if your truck bed is 8'. Since the truck bed is 8' it will allow enough clearance to install a Drawer System and place a Tool Box towards the cab. See all your options for 8' beds here.
