Everything BUT the Kitchen Sink
Carlos Inciarte is wringing every bit of capability out of this Silverado.
But that’s where the manual labor ends, because this rig sports a mod hardly anyone — maybe no one — else is running: a clothes dryer.
Lest you think this is some type of overgrown laundromat on wheels, upgrades like FOX and BDS suspension rolling on 38” tires are the obvious reminders that this truck was meant for the backcountry.
The dryer isn't a gimmick, though — it's just the most evident appendage of a much bigger system designed to keep Carlos and his family off the beaten path longer and more comfortably. Four lithium batteries bring 960Ah of capacity, fed by solar and run through a management system built to handle serious loads. Fridge, Starlink, air conditioning, full cooking setup, laundry: all of it, indefinitely, without ever plugging into the grid. Most builds pick a lane between "capable" and "comfortable." This one refuses to choose.
That refusal shows up everywhere you look. Every corner of this Silverado has been touched, and none of it just for show. Carlos built this rig around a simple rule: if a modification doesn't hold up on a real trip, it doesn't stay on the truck. It's the reasoning behind the armor, the fridge and the CargoGlide it slides on, and the DECKED Drawer System keeping gear organized and accessible no matter how far off the pavement he gets.
And he gets far. This Silverado has climbed the Moki Dugway, camped in the Valley of the Gods, run Top of the World Trail, and crossed a multitude of mountain passes through Colorado, in between logging thousands of miles to overland expos from coast to coast — East Coast included. It also happens to be the flagship truck for the INCIARTE4x4 brand, showing up in videos and product reviews that have talked more than a few people into building rigs of their own.
Ask Carlos where the build goes from here, and the answer sounds a lot like every serious overlander's: nowhere and everywhere — because it's never finished. There's always more efficiency to chase, more gear to test, and apparently, always more laundry to do.
