Shazaam!! Your order has shipped!
Your order is officially inside an LTL freight carrier that specializes in shipping big, heavy things. LTL freight is excellent at delivering, but not great at suppling easy-to-use tracking links. Tracking links for freight shipments aren't like UPS or FedEx—the timing information is often confusing or incorrect. Therefore, we don't send them to our customers. Here is what to expect and do next:
If you shipped to a business address, time to sit back and relax! Freight companies assume normal business hours, typically delivering between 8-5 pm Monday-Friday. Depending on your distance from our Ohio warehouse, it should arrive at the final destination within an est. 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS.
The freight company will be calling you directly to schedule a delivery date and time. Once it reaches your local distribution terminal, they will call you on the phone number provided with your order within an est. 4-6 BUSINESS DAYS. They will leave a voicemail if they do not reach you.
Depending on your residential address, it could take another 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS to arrive at your final destination. The freight company will be able to provide this information when scheduling your appointment over the phone.
