Shipping Policy

Shipping takes on average 2-10 business days depending on delivery location and is FREE.
At this time we are experiencing overwhelming demand on our new CargoGlide line and delays are noted once you add product to cart. To secure your spot in line, order now!

We ship from Defiance, Ohio so depending on how close you are to Ohio, timing may vary. Please note that products may ship earlier than expected, so please keep an eye on your emails as we will ship as soon as your product is built. Most of our products ship via LTL freight. LTL freight tracing isn't great so we do not have tracking for most orders. If we have tracking, we will send it to you once your product ships.

If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, we are unable to ship to you at this time, so check out our Dealer Locator here to find products near you.

DECKED does not recommend using freight forwarding services if you live outside of the contiguous US where we do not service. If you set up a freight forwarder to deliver your online order DECKED will not be responsible for delays, or lost shipments since the transfer of goods is outside DECKED's shipping and logistics.

Your order will ship via a large truck from a contracted freight carrier that specializes in shipping large parcels. Our Drawer Systems, Tool Boxes, and CargoGlides are shipped via LTL freight; DECKED covers the freight for Drawer Systems, Tool Boxes, and CargoGlides.

  • RECOMMENDED: If delivery is to a business address, the freight company assumes normal business hours and delivery will happen between 8-5 pm Monday-Friday.
  • DECKED will provide a truck with a lift gate to get the freight to street level, if needed.

Our freight expense DOES NOT cover, and you will be charged for:

  • Driver bringing the freight indoors
  • Limited access fees (gates, security, low hanging trees, etc.)
  • Moving the freight from the delivery address to another location

Make sure to inspect freight for any damage, indicate superficial damage to carton on delivery receipt and/or refuse shipment altogether if damage to product is visible.
