Can I pay off my purchase early?
You can pay your purchase off in full anytime you want. There are no penalties or fees, and you'll save on any interest that hasn't accrued yet.
How do I make payments?
Once you choose your terms and payment method, you can make payments through the Affirm app or online through your Affirm account.
Does checking my eligibility affect my credit score?
Checking your eligibility will not affect your credit. However, missed or late payments can affect your credit score.
Can I return an item I bought with Affirm?
Yes! We want to be sure you're as happy with your DECKED products as we are. If you're not satisfied with your DECKED.com purchase, we have a no questions asked return policy within 30 days of your purchase. For more questions, contact our customer service team: service@decked.com.
I don't see Affirm at checkout. What do I do?
Affirm is selected at the Payment step in checkout, which is the last step. If you still do not see Affirm at the payment step, please check out as a guest and do not use Shopify Pay "ShopPay."
I don't like the rate provided. What can I do?
DECKED partners with Affirm since DECKED is not a financial instituiton. Unfortunately, we have no control over Affirm's rates and offers. We do our best to provide a financing solution, but Affirm provides all financial rates and terms.
Is Affirm financing available in Canada?
Unfortunately, Affirm is only available to customers residing in the United States.
