What Is Covered
DECKED LLC, (the “Manufacturer”) warrants the original purchaser only that DECKED Truck and Van Products including the Drawer System, Tool Box, CargoGlide, and Accessories (The “DECKED” Product) will be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase and continuing for the expected lifetime of the DECKED Product. Valid on products purchased on or after 8/1/2021.
What Is Not Covered
This limited warranty expressly excludes:
- Damage or defects caused by normal wear and tear, cosmetic rust, scratches, accidents, unlawful vehicle operation, installation in a non-supported vehicle or installed in a vehicle which does not match the DECKED Product’s SKU-intended fitment or use, or modification of the product, or any types of repair of a DECKED Product other than those authorized or provided by the Manufacturer.
- Damage or defects resulting from conditions beyond the Manufacturer’s control and specifications including, but not limited to modification, misuse, overloading, or failure to assemble, install or use the DECKED Product in accordance with the Manufacturer’s written instructions or guidelines included with the DECKED Product or separately made available to the original purchaser.
- Damage to the contents of the DECKED Product or vehicle.
- TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ECONOMIC LOSS, WHETHER RESULTING FROM NONPERFORMANCE, USE, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE THE DECKED PRODUCT OR THE MANUFACTURER’S NEGLIGENCE.
What We Will Do To Correct Problems
Subject to the limitations and exclusions described in this limited warranty, the Manufacturer will remedy defects in workmanship or materials by providing one of the following remedies at its option and without charge to the original purchaser for parts: (a) repairing the defective portion of the DECKED Product or (b) replacing the entire DECKED Product. In addition, the Manufacturer may elect at its option not to repair or replace the DECKED Product, but rather issue to the original purchaser a refund equal to the purchase price paid for the DECKED Product or a credit to be used towards the purchase of a new DECKED Product.
Notification Procedures
If the DECKED Product does not conform with the terms of this limited warranty, the original purchaser must promptly notify the Manufacturer in writing upon discovery of the nonconformity. In order to receive remedies under this limited warranty, a warranty claim must have been registered with DECKED LLC by the original purchaser, must describe the nature of the products nonconformity, include a copy of the original sales receipt, invoice, or other proof of purchase and be accompanied with photos or video. Repairs or modifications made to the DECKED Product by other than the Manufacturer or its authorized agent will nullify this limited warranty. Coverage under this limited warranty is conditioned at all times upon the owner’s compliance with these required registration, notification, and repair procedures.

DECKED Limited Lifetime Warranty Fine Print
Effective for Covered Products purchased on or after 08/01/2021.
DECKED, LLC (“DECKED," “we,” “us,” or “our”) warrants to the original purchaser only that each Covered Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for as long as the original purchaser owns the Covered Product, as documented by a valid proof of purchase. This limited lifetime warranty (“Limited Lifetime Warranty”) is subject to certain exclusions and limitations, as set forth herein.
DECKED’s sole obligations under this Limited Lifetime Warranty are as specified in the What are your remedies under this Limited Lifetime Warranty?, below.
1. What is covered by this Limited Lifetime Warranty?
“Covered Products” are any DECKED Truck and Van Products, including the Drawer System, Tool Box, CargoGlide, and Accessories that are sold by us at www.decked.com, or by one of our authorized distributors or resellers (each an “Authorized Reseller”), marked as coming with a limited lifetime warranty.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only against defects in Covered Products that are discovered within the applicable Warranty Period and only so long as the Covered Product remains in the possession of the original purchaser, or, for a gifted Covered Product, the original possessor of that Covered Product.
This Limited Product Warranty is valid only in the jurisdictions where the Covered Product are sold by DECKED itself or by an Authorized Reseller.
2. How long am I covered by this Limited Lifetime Warranty?
The “Warranty Period” for each Covered Product is for as long as the original purchaser (or in the case of a gifted Covered Product, the original possessor) owns the Covered Product, in each case as documented by a valid proof of purchase—e.g., a receipt or invoice.
3. What are my remedies under the Limited Lifetime Warranty?
If a defect in the Covered Product arises and a valid claim is received by DECKED within the Warranty Period, DECKED will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, either (a) repair the defective Covered Product at no charge, using new replacement parts, or (b) exchange the defective Covered Product with a new Covered Product or a product that is reasonably equivalent to the Covered Product. If DECKED, in its sole discretion, determines it is not reasonable to replace the defective Covered Product, DECKED may refund to you the purchase price paid for the Covered Product. In the event of a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. You may be responsible for payment of shipping and handling charges for the delivery of a repaired or replacement Covered Product, except where prohibited by applicable law. Any replacement of a defective Covered Product or parts under this Limited Lifetime Warranty will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period of the returned Covered Product, or for any additional period of time that may be applicable in your jurisdiction.
4. How do I make a claim or obtain warranty service under this Limited Lifetime Warranty?
a. If you believe you need warranty service under this Limited Lifetime Warranty, please contact warranty@decked.com. In your request, you must include proof of purchase for the Covered Product, a brief explanation for why you are requesting warranty service, with accompanying photos or videos, and a description of any steps you have taken to troubleshoot the problem.
b. Once we respond to your request, for some Covered Products you may need to deliver the defective Covered Product, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, together with proof of purchase indicating the date purchased, to the address specified by DECKED. By sending the Covered Product, you hereby acknowledge that ownership of the Covered Product is transferred to us upon DECKED's receipt of the defective Covered Product.
c. If DECKED determines that the claim is justified based on this Limited Lifetime Warranty, DECKED shall bear the cost of shipping the replacement Covered Product to you. If DECKED determines that the claim is not justified, DECKED will have no further liability or obligation to you.
d. For specific instructions or questions on how to obtain warranty service on your Covered Product, contact us at warranty@decked.com.
e. Claims must be made within the Warranty Period.
f. In DECKED's sole discretion, claims that are not justified and covered by this Limited Lifetime Warranty may be met with an offer for a partial or full courtesy replacement of the Covered Product, subject to your compliance with proof of purchase requirements and prepayment of any associated shipping fees.
5. What is not covered by this Limited Lifetime Warranty?
This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply to any defects or parts requiring replacement due to ordinary wear and tear, corrosion, rust or stains, or cosmetic damage, including scratches or dents, on or to the Covered Product or any damage to the Covered Product caused by any of the following:
- Operating the Covered Product outside the permitted or intended uses described by DECKED or use of the Covered Product not in compliance with DECKED's instructions.
- Use of the Covered Product with non-DECKED products or any components, parts or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the Covered Product.
- An act of God (lightning, flooding, tornado, etc.), spillage of food or liquid damages incurred through incorrect connection or handling, abnormal conditions, high humidity, deliberate abuse, power surges, water spills, or any other accidents.
- Service performed by anyone who is not a representative of DECKED, including any improperly performed repairs.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to Covered Products themselves and not to any tools, gear, or materials stored inside a Covered Product, including any damage these may suffer.
6. Are there any other limitations with respect to this Limited Product Warranty?
a. IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS. DECKED DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATIONS OF THE COVERED PRODUCT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS (INCLUDING WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) WLL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON THE DURATION OF AN IMPLIED WARRANTY, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
b. LIMITATION OF DAMAGES. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DECKED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA, RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF AN EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF DECKED HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
7. What else do I need to know about this Limited Product Warranty?
a. No employee of DECKED or any Authorized Reseller is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this Limited Lifetime Warranty. If any term of this Limited Lifetime Warranty is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms will not be affected or impaired.
b. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is and will be governed by the laws of Idaho, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may require the application of the law of another jurisdiction.
c. Any disputes between you and DECKED related to this Limited Lifetime Warranty or a Covered Product will be governed by the then-current dispute resolution procedures in DECKED's Terms & Conditions.
