A former medical professional, Lael Johnson turned his weekend passion for fishing into becoming one of the most respected full-time salmon and steelhead guides on Washington’s Olympic Peninsula. He is also a widely recognized spey casting instructor, fly tier, photographer and author, while serving as senior content contributor for Fly Fishing Magazine and The Steelheader's Journal. Lael makes his home in Seattle, Washington.
